On receipt of the approved designs our skilled work shop technicians and team leaders set jobs for our fabricators and welders to execute outstanding workmanship pieces.
Design
A designer with over 20 years of experience in this field begins by hand sketching custom & unique pieces keeping in mind the functionality of the item, ensuring not only originality but also excellent functional longevity and superb quality to meet the client’s precise needs. CAD Technicians will then apply the designer’s vision onto a digital format producing final shop drawings where then with client’s approval our workshop team leaders commence the manufacturing process.

Manufacturing
Metals designs take their shape though this process, fabrication of products are assembled, heated, hand forged, bent, shaped, welded, grinded & polished to a number one finish.
Experienced MIG and TIG welders ensure the integrity of the design. All welded joints are hardly noticeable as they are grinded to a #1 finish.
Metal Preparations
Sandblasting and sweeping is done to remove mill scale and other contaminants from most metals before top coating be it a wet coat or powder baked application. Where carbon steel is used a zinc or galvanized option is offered which applied thermally ensuring total corrosion protection from marine environments and island type environments.
Installation
Our Professional Team will ensure that all finished works are fitted to our client’s specification and meticulously installed ensuring quality, satisfaction, functional longevity that is aesthetically pleasing to our clients.
